About LeadHumans

I founded LeadHumans after seeing a gap most senior leaders quietly live with: there’s nowhere to be honest about the pressure, ambiguity, and self-doubt that come with leading at the highest levels.

The Gap I Kept Seeing

In my roles building a new business inside a Fortune 100, scaling a high-growth startup as a VP, shaping strategy in higher education, and coaching senior leaders, I kept noticing the same truth: leaders carry enormous responsibility but rarely have a confidential place to speak plainly about what’s hard. The performance of leadership often gets in the way of the practice of it.

What I Experienced

Around the same time, I joined a peer cohort for entrepreneurs that operated differently: honest, grounded, and free of politics. We shared our challenges and learned from each others’. It was a powerful reminder that leaders grow faster when we’re not carrying everything alone.

That experience clarified the gap: senior leaders need a space to strengthen judgment, see our patterns, and grow at the pace our roles demand — surrounded by people who understand the stakes and believe we’re capable even in our hardest moments.

The Spaces We Build

LeadHumans was created to bring that kind of environment into senior leaders in larger organizations. We offer the spaces — the “labs” — where real leadership growth happens: Co/Lab cohorts, executive coaching, and facilitated leadership workshops.

Every space we build is grounded in psychological safety, honest reflection, and courage-in-practice.

How We Work

Our approach blends strategy, innovation, and coaching with a lifelong commitment to understanding how leaders actually change. We partner with leaders navigating pressure, growth, and uncertainty — leaders who want to build the internal capacity their roles now require.

We believe great leadership requires courageous humans. And no one grows alone.
