  • Participants prepare by identifying 2–3 real leadership or business issues where they want sharper judgment, alignment, or forward movement.

In session, leaders work through selected situations with peers from other organizations operating at comparable scope. Through structured, professionally facilitated dialogue, participants pressure-test decisions, surface underlying dynamics, and define concrete next steps.

    Discussions typically focus on:

    • high-stakes business decisions

    • enterprise trade-offs

    • organizational alignment and execution friction

Leaders leave each session with clear 30-day actions tied to real priorities, which are revisited in future sessions to reinforce progress and accountability.

    • Full day cohort kick-off and onboarding

    • Monthly half-day sessions over 12 months
